Contribution Regulations

European Quality Assurance Association
for Panels and Profiles
| 1 | Contributions |

| 1.1 | Members are obliged to pay contributions or levies on time to the Association. |
| 1.2 | The contributions have to be paid dependent on the number of factories, which are producing panels and/or profiles under the scope of the Quality Regulations. Factories which are only producing for export outside the European Union shall not be taken into consideration. |
| 1.3 | A holding company has to pay their contribution dependent on the number of factories of their subsidiaries, which are producing panels and/or profiles under the scope of the Quality Regulations. |
| 1.4 | A manufacturer has to pay: - 100 % of the basic fee for the first factory - 50 % of the basic fee for the second factory - 30 % of the basic fee for any further factory per year. |
| 1.5 | The basic fee has to be fixed by the General Assembly annually. |

An associated member has to pay an amount of € 2.000,- per year. |
| 2 | Maturity |
| Ordinary and special contributions shall be paid by members within one month of a call being made upon members. |
The basic membership fee amounts to 3.500 € per year.
